OUT-OF-BODY EXPERIENCES AND SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT – LUIS MINERO<o:p></o:p>
The out-of-body experience (OBE), lucid projection, or astral travel is an ability which allows us to visit the spiritual planes fully aware, and to learn in and from them; helping us to understand better the multi-dimensional reality of which we are a part. Methods will be discussed, and energy exercises performed to help participants experience OBE’s at home. Benefits include developing greater awareness, contacting spirit guides directly, finding our life task, using bioenergies to heal others, learning about rebirth and dying, understanding the astral body, and spiritual evolution.
