Heterosexuality; Is There A Cure?

Hey Wacco's, what if my chosen profession is interior design and being gay would be a huge benefit (network-wise, client-wise, financially, etc) in my field? And let's assume that I really like interior design. A lot! And let's assume, too, that I want to be as successful as I can be in the field. If being gay would help me, if I believed strongly that it would help me, if I was certain that it would, would it be wrong of me to ask a therapist to cure me of my heterosexuality?
