FOUND in Santa Rosa on March 14: Calico/Tortoise-shell Cat

Found: Friendly Calico/Tortoise-shell short-haired cat (female) on Saturday, March in the parking lot of Home Depot off Fountaingrove Parkway in Santa Rosa.

The staff said she had showed up there in the previous 2-4 days.
She has been sleeping in the plant department in the parking lot.

Sweet, very friendly, and in good condition. She is definitely someone's cat.

I have brought her home, and she is safe.

Katie, the cat is not mine--just wanted to thank you for taking her in. There are so many cats/dogs being abanonded these days and so few willing to foster care. Bless you. If you need some financial assistance for the cat, please let me know. I know youdo a lot for horse rescue as well.

My husband and I spent this morning driving two cats from Napa to Emeryville for fostering as their owner is moving out of the country. It was an emotional time for all. It is said that it takes 20 seconds for a human to fall in love with a shelter animal. I can vouch for that fact! If we could have more animals, those two cats would be in my office tonight....
