March 16th 2008 Heather billings was shot in the chest 3 times by Rob Lankford, a public safety officer in Ronert Park. In her own home. As her mother watched helplessly close by. Remember the outcry then? Remember the investigation?

How can we help Heathers family? I am the mother of Jesse Hamilton who was killed by police violence on January 2nd 2008 in Santa Rosa. I think Heather was the next to die after him. If there is some way to help or if the family would like to get ahold of me leave a message on this thread. I have never forgotten Heather! :heart:Val Barber
