:hello: Hi everyone today is my first day and I just want you all to know that I find it easier to cast a spell if you start the day off with meditation. This allows you to clear your mind for the day and if you end with meditation it helps you get a better nights sleep. :2cents::2cents: Had to put my two cents in. :heart: Love you guys.
