Went to the new GG Restaurant located on Third Street for "Earth and Surf" during their opening week on March 1. I Loved the food! THE PD gave them a so-so review but I was impressed and wanted to encourage others to try it.
I had the warm lentil spinach salad to start, and squash filled canenloni with freshly prepared wrapping in a wonderful cream sauce. Both were quite good. My friends all tried the fish dishes and liked them too, one particulary enjoyed the minestrone soup as a starter. The portions are not giganto, but very delicious, filling, and well-presented. The place has a nice decor, full bar with yummy organic beer on draft, and pretty deserts, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable.
