I use Smile Saver its only 66 dollars a year and you have to go to specific doctors of which there are only about 3 in the county, but everything is about half price. Cleaning is $30. I go to Gentle Dental near Coddingtown. I can't say they're great but they're ok.

The best dentist ever and very reasonable is Steve McNeal in Occidental. I tried other dentists in Santa Rosa who were highly recommended. They turned out to be very expensive and made some critical errors. Dr. McNeal is extremely good as are all of his staff. I don't have insurance though, I pay cash or credit.
