help! keyboard not working for pc

hello,

advice is sorely needed - our pc desktops' keyboard isn't working and at first i thought to just replace the keyboard but that didn't work either...so i'm guessing it's something in the connection or in the computer itself (the mouse works just fine) but i really have no idea.

anyone have a clue?

Hi,

Try this: plug in a keyboard, go to the control panel click into KEYBOARD

click to Hardware: It should say this devise is working properly and above should tell you what keyboard it is.

click troubleshoot anyway even if it says it's working properly

If it tells you everything is fine or not write back to me before you do anything else.
