Can Cupid's arrows and Evil co-exist ?

Can Cupids arrow's heal Evil ?
In that is the question of " Is there Evil? "
If there is, then that is what Cupids Arrows are for...
A weird world reference says the only thing wrong is what happens when you miss the Mark
That's the target of Archery ~ the Mark
to miss the Mark is the definition of sin
but you wouldn't have missed it unless you were focusing in on it in the first place,
so as far as that goes its just a matter of aim...and so The Question :
