Hi!
As WaccoBB.net continues to grow (there are now 1,500 members!) the day to job of moderating it and supporting members continues to grow too. So I am looking for a some help so I can first take a vacation (Feb 9-21, eat dessert first!) and then plunge into further technical and marketing development of this site.
I'm looking for volunteers who have good communication skills, are comfortable with computers (and people!) and are willing to put in half an hour to hour a day. Typical tasks are:
Review recent posts to be sure they are categorized correctly and are consistent with our guidelines
Answering user's questions and requests (subscriptions, passwords, email addresses, etc.)
Alerting me if there are any pressing items to deal with
I'll be happy to train you in the adminstrative functions of this website. I will be online daily (for the most part) while I am away but it sure would be nice to have a lesser load to deal with while I'm in (another) paradise!
