the Wild Churning

With the wild churning
layers and folded waves
of smooth space
moving into
and through each other
like the far reaches
of the cosmos
and bursting in unseen explosion
spewing raw fire
coalescing furnaces
newborn stars, gestating future life
light and dark in deep dance

with all this
yes, this and nothing less
I reach out to you
all my places filled
with such an ongoing show
are you ready?

I reach into you
and there you are
the wild churning,
the vast stretch
the close-in tightening
the belly surrender

I find you right where I left myself
there is no where to leave
in this expanse
that does not bring us here
We are two points of the same infinity
