As someone who cares about the well being of our citizens, I am grateful to our President for fighting to stop the spread of Aids. I am thankful for the innumerable faith based initiatives that have reached out to the addicted
and others who were discontent with their life. I am proud to have a President who recognizes and defends the sanctity of life, and the quality too as he has worked to make a cleaner environment. I am in awe of the millions of brave Americans our President inspired to serve and the way he has not let them down.

President Bush, thank you for the funding and overall care for our veterans administration. I am thankful for our President's common sense approach to judicial appointments, as he added members to the federal bench who enforce the law, not loosely interpret it. During difficult economic times, Bush has made an effort to protect our pocketbooks, as property taxes decreased and his proposed economic stimulus plan was passed. Bush made a difference.

I am thankful for President Bush's clear understanding of the evil that exists in the world, and the way he has never failed to also recognize the good. We are a free country, and the greatest country in the world. I feel our President has responsibly alerted us to the fact that we do have enemies, some with increasing capabilities to destroy us. We must act accordingly and not let our guard down. He as taken action both economically and militarily against states harboring terrorists. Intelligence and global surveillance were heightened.
Thank you President Bush for the way you have shaped our nation, conquered challenges and, most of all, kept us safe.

First I thought: This must be a parody, with that veterans' praise (https://www.huffingtonpost.com/paul-rieckhoff/bushs-incredible-invisib_b_81013.html). But then: it is not funny enough, too ambiguous too.

And yes, Adam Henry is serious, and, just as Bush had Johannes Schlüter, Mr Henry has a gosh writer:

Jamie Lober, Thank You, President Bush (https://www.hawaiireporter.com/story.aspx?5b8405ca-2072-4607-b928-1b16ca5dc60e)

Ummmm, this is a joke, right? Not very funny. If you're serious about any of it, you might want to do some research about what actually has been going on over the last eight years.

Hope 2009 brings the change that overturns the work of one of the bloodiest and certainly the most expensive tyrant of all time: G.W. Bush.

You are suffering delusions and might possibly be harmful to yourself and definitely harmful to others. I suggest you get to a spiritual healer as soon as you can.

Dear Adam,
It is good to be grateful.
It is also good to base one's testimony on facts, not wishful thinking.
What I mean is that the price of EVERYTHING went up, not as you say here....
"Bush has made an effort to protect our pocketbooks, as property taxes decreased and his proposed economic stimulus plan was passed. Bush made a difference."

While I may not agree with Adam12, he has voiced his opinion with respect. Please don't take the bait an respond with judgment, anger or hatred.

And... IMO, former (yeah!) president Bush was instrumental in bringing us to this momentous and hopeful day. "The Lord works in mysterious ways..."
