Will this put a damper on negative online reviews?
I think the unintended consequence will be that the chiropractor here will garner further negative publicity.
Having been an Ebay seller, I understand that one disgruntled customer can do a lot of damage to a good person/business out of spite. I tend to sympathize with the chiropractor, although I don't know the truth of the allegations.
If the doctor wins, though, what next for Yelp...or Waccobb?
