I have had many conversations with Barry on this subject. Tony though is an amazing communicator and has hit this so perfectly and succinctly.

After reading Tony's article I know what I have been trying to communicate to Barry is far beyond accurate it is dead on based on the writings of a billion dollar company's CEO! Now everyone can read it and can see it lived and can hopefully totally "get it" and apply it personally!

Barry's brand is waccobb.net and waccobb.net has it's own culture. Barry it would be great to see waccobb.net create a set of core values! I think it would end a lot of the problems and potentially increase business.
