Thank you

But you still didn't explain what qualifies you to teach social media (SM) when it appears you aren't using it.

With the barrage of people claiming to be SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SM (Social Media) Experts (Many who are in truth offline non technology coaches and marketers getting in the SEO/SM income stream without proven SEO/SM skills.) what is your story and qualifications? Who are you peers in social media and how well do you know them and they you?

How are you using social media personally and how has it impacted you?

How are you going to connect people in Sebastopol & Sonoma County to SM and then transition it into in person and to SEO and then into in person? Who have you used SM to connect with and who have you connected with? How have you transitioned them into your day to day work and personal life? How has it impacted you?

Based on what you are presenting I am an expert. A title I do not claim since I know the real ones. I teach SEO and SM as part of community for free to all sorts of people. I connect to them in the WEB2.0 Universe (also known as cloud computing), in real life and then connect them in the clouds, locally, area wide and yes even national and internationally to others who can help them move forward on their road map.

I am wondering about your network and how you are moving people forward?

I don't see a track record. I see you as new to SM. I don't see you socially online. I don't see you present locally and honestly with the power players I am connecting to either I have missed you or you aren't in the ring. Since Social Media is about relationships how has social media impacted yours?

Wow!!
Thank you for showing up! Your story is exactly why I am so thrilled by the potential of social media. It is amazing how different each person's experience is.
We are all at different levels, and that is why we need so many people sharing and teaching these tools. While it may be easy for you to learn everything by just participating online, this is not the case for most people.
You are like a shining star guiding our way. I will contact you off site so we can talk more-and thank you again for telling your story. I will definitely follow you on social media.
Meanwhile, to answer your question about why people pay for a workshop, one meaningful reason is to be in the room with energetic, enthusiastic community members, make new connections, and be part of something together. As presenters, we have over 50 years of collective experience in our fields, and we are sharing much more than just how to use Twitter.

We are presenting the world of social media in a context. For many people, it is hard to understand why they should bother to learn about social media. These people might never learn about your great work. We want to get more people in the room, so to speak, where they, too, can start using their creative minds to make the world a better place.
Many blessings,
Suzanna
