I just de-enrolled from Kaiser, and am strongly considering Wellcare based on Paul's recommendations, e.g. this other thread

I was to some extent seduced by Kaiser a year ago when I signed up with them - the Kaiser reality was quite different from the Kaiser sales pitch.
Any information, based on your personal experience with Sonoma County doctors, routine care, emergency care, etc. is very much appreciated.
I'm using the term "HMO" as a 'catch-all' - I don't understand all the acronyms.
