We live in the Alexander Valley just outside of Healdsburg, and homeschool our 10 year-old daughter. We're looking for other homeschooling children to get her together with on a regular basis. We have a 10-acre retreat center with great facilities for get-togethers - river, dance studio, shop, etc.

Hi Sam,
Perhaps you might consider Joining the Sonoma County Homeschool Association. With membership ( cheap) you are able to join the listserve and receive a discount card for many book/craft stores, receive monthly newsletter with lots of activities and a roster of members who are receptive to meeting new families.

There is also a unschoolers group. I think you can simply just join the the yahoo group to access members there:

I believe there are a few members up your way, also I think there may be families who would love to take the drive to join you.
