Check out the shoe pictures everyone. They're truly touching in the ways that people show their own creativity and sensitivity while participating in a group protest.
And to Barry Latham-Ponneck, great letter! Congratulations on getting it printed in the PD. It's sure to get a slew of outraged responses. It already had one reaction today.
From what I read in the PD, Mr. al-Zaidi, is still in detention. He supposedly wrote a letter begging for clemency that his brother says is fake. I signed an international petition a couple of days ago calling for his release without charges.
I just tried finding it with google but only found a much smaller petition site version from Code Pink.
