Hello,
I am in need of donations to pay for the spay of 3 kittens rescued. In the past i have paid for dozens of cats, and also dogs, rabbits and done many rescues. I was able to get the mother done.
These kittens are afraid of people but do not qualify as ferral, which means I cannot use programs such as the Harriet Fund.
I have been working with them and they are in my house.
I can get a voucher for 40$ from Kitty committee, but it costs around $200 to spay, vaccinate and worm. I am afraid i will not be able to keep them inside much longer and the tom is lurking as well as neighborhood non vaccinated strays.

I will try to get on the call in line ( a two hour block only) for the once every 2 month spay at Humane society, it is very difficult to get thru for an appointment and they cannot do all 3.

Any help greatly appreciated.

thank you

Lisa,

When I got the voucher I called several vets and asked for discounts on the spay / neuter. I ended up getting the neuter done for $55, and with the voucher I only paid $15. I know the shots would be extra which in this case I didnt have done.

Call a few vets - explain the situation to them. I bet you will find someone who can do it cheaper.
