Once in a while I do not get the entire digest, and am wondering if it has to do with how looooooooong some of these posts are. The 12/4 digest ended in the middle of the post from Toxic Reverend that included MANY links and yada yada (not to demean the content). I think these need to be self edited and further information can be requested individually if desired. When a post is hammering at me, I turn off. Zeno is sometimes the exception and even then I often feel like painting strange things when the science stuff gets too dense. So, I would like to invite us all to breathe deeply and think about how much we need to say and to what end. Less is often better, sticks in the memory, integrates with the wisdom center. I now have to spend more time finding the posts I wanted to read further in the digest. Enuf said. Thanks for listening.

I do quite agree, if some of them weren't sooooo long winded I might read them. If you wordy folks feel the need to write a small book, try taking some digest (ive) enzymes first (just had to get throw that in) to help break it down and pull the nutritive elements out to share with us. I don't have a problem with any parts missing though, it all comes through.

cheers from the chocolate covered peanut gallery. Lisa
