It has come to my attention that some people find the buttons on the bottom of each post is too small. Are they too small for you? If it were simple for you to change it so they would always be bigger for you, would you do so?

Please vote in the attached poll and optionally post your comments as a public reply.

Thanks!

Though I voted no, that doesn't mean I'm opposed to changing them. You can keep 'em small or large without impacting me. I simply said no because they are not a problem to me.

Do you mean the "buttons" for "reply publicly" "reply privately" ? I think it takes a while to work out the particulars or functions of any page anywhere for one's self. Vision, learning curve, font, are all factors. I would expect that a seasoned user would know right where they are, while a new visitor might have to look at it for a while...........and possibly find a feature they knew nothing about. R folks saying they accidentally posted something privately vs publicly? Heh heh heh...lol. Of course I could instantly forget which button I'd pushed, while typing and there is no way to tell once you are on this page. Perhaps something could change color on the page when you are posting publicly vs. privately...or the font could appear to whisper.....blessings. Mindy

I am concerned. We should each have buttons on our bottoms? And you are proposing to resize them? This seems altogether too personal for me. Actually I do not seem to have any buttons on my bottom. I have a belly button, and that is the perfect size for me, but my bottom is completely button-free.

Seriously, though, how can it be a problem to offer a means to optionally resize them? Those that have no problem could continue as they are, and those who wish to change them could do so. Why do we need a vote?

When your button gets pushed, which is it then?

I just want to have a sense if its worth doing. It's some work, which I'd be happy to do if people will use them. And if most people think it would be nice to have bigger buttons, I'll just change them for everyone.

I've tried to make it as clear as possible what the buttons do, and still some people get confused. Would "Public Reply" and "Private Reply" be clearer? Any other ideas? Do you know of (or be willing to design ) icons that would be universally understood?

No! Don't change anything! Please! Finally the emails are loading right, and not making me have to scroll back and forth! Whatever you did fixed it, so PLEASE don't change anything!

And thank you!

Maybe it's me, but I had to poke around a bit to find the feedback button you referenced!

Oh, that button. Well, I find that still resizes itself pretty effectively, and it is certainly not on my bottom!
