Novels by Iris Murdoch: any favorites?

I just saw the movie, 'Iris,' with Kate Winslet. It wasn't very good but I was fascinated by the main character, Iris Murdoch, a British author, 1919-1999. I would like to read one of her novels.

Does anyone have any recommendations of her work? Or read any of it?
