We the congressionally betrayed people of the United States will suffer under four more years of United States use of deadly military and police force and unreasonable seizure for fascist gain at home and abroad under deceptive, sold-out president elect Barack Obama IF elected judicial officer Nadler and elected public officer Bowen do not perform their duties under Oath of Office and contract with we, the People of the State of California, including members of 'da 9-11 Truth Campaign.
Compromised Democratic president-elect Barack Obama could save his significant achievement and "audacity of hope," get tree killing Judge Nadler and compromised Secretary Bowen off the death row hot seat, and end 61 years of mass murder in unconstitutional wars of congressional choice by publicly denouncing the United States "use of" deadly military force on foreign soil without declarations of war.
The use of deadly military force without due process of a declaration of war by Congress violates the 4th and 5th Amendments. This lack of due process makes our earth neighbors fear and hate the United States. We the people become targets of retaliation.
Presidential candidate Obama certainly did NOT make the American people safe by advocating the use of force! He apparently aspires to be a fascist puppet dictator like "I'm a war president" Bush.
Under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, U.S. Senators Joseph Biden, "act of war" con man John McCain and 16 other U.S. strike-first Senators including John Kerry, intended use of striking first president-elect Obama, and 180 member of the House of Representatives, including 19 from California, are disqualified from holding any office under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. Respondent, Secretary of State Debra Bowen, has the duty to disqualify them from any office under the United States that effects we, the People of California. The evasion of this duty can bring her a death sentence. Judge Nadler must compel her to perform by a writ of mandate or he is ripe for a death sentence.
President elect Obama can do himself, his family, his country, the frightened world, and Judge Nadler a favor by publicly coming out against the use of military force without a declaration of war. He has three days to save his election, the murder of 2.5 United States volunteer troops per day, and $3.4 billion of blood debt per day that is bankrupting the land of the free and the home of the brave.
All could evade disqualification for treason if the 110th Congress returns for an emergency session to consider declaring cease fires in unconstitutional wars in Afghanistan and Iraq to stop the killing, and to repeal strike-first Public Law 107-243 to end fascist foreign policy.
