Senator Obama won't call for cease fire in an unconstitutional war of congressional choice because Communist China will foreclose on the U.S.
United States Senator and Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama is under Oath of Office for we the people of the United States and under contract with the people of the State of Illinois to support and defend the Constitution for the United States without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion. He taught constitutional law and knows the supreme law of our land.
In light of his oath, contract, and legal background, why does he say he will "never hesitate to use military force" and deprive persons of life, liberty, or property without probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and without due process of supreme law in violation of the 4th and 5th Amendments to the Constitution? Why does he give aid and comfort to domestic enemies who profit from the unconstitutional use of deadly military force and risk being disqualified from holding any office under the United States by violating the 14th Amendment?
Candidate Obama violates his oath and contract, and ignores his own teaching, in order to protect mass murder in unconstitutional foreign policy established by strike-first Public Law 107-243 that authorizes the President "to use" deadly military force "as he determines to be necessary," without a congressional declaration of war. Public betrayal 107-243 was treasonously authorized by United States Senators Hillary Clinton, Dianne Feinstein, Orrin Hatch, JOHN McCAIN and 73 other members of the 107th U.S. Senate, and 9-11 attempted wife killer and destroyer of restored United Flight 93, George w. Bush.
This fascist public law is the elephant in every freedom loving American's living room. Only the City of Sebastopol has attempted to hold the United States accountable for it. Senator Obama protects this evil foreign policy so he can use deadly military force in Afghanistan to get a pipeline across the sacred Hindu Kush Mountains from Turkmenistan into Communist China so energy starved Communist China won't foreclose on its bankrupt creditor, the congressionally betrayed United States of deceived America.
Building this trans Afghan pipeline was apparently why desperate Enron builder Ken Lay originally planned 9-11.
