Looking for a dog trainer

I am looking for a trainer that will come to my home and help with some behavior problems with my little maltese mix. He is very smart and knows his commands, but has a big problem with barking and bad manners with guests. Also tends to "come" when he feels like it.....

I'd love some recommendations from people that have actually worked with the trainer they recommend and especially on these issues.
