Wal-Mart wants to open a store in Santa Rosa at 2001 Sebastopol Road
in the Roseland area.
The Alliance for Democracy of Sonoma County invites anyone interested in
learning more about this or in taking action regarding it to join us on:
Tuesday January 10, 7:30 p.m. at New College, 99 Sixth St., Santa Rosa
An Environmental Impact Statement has been filed on their application and
can be read at:
https://ci.santa-rosa.ca.us (https://ci.santa-rosa.ca.us/) Click on Community Development, (Click on
"Resources" and a menu drops down beneath it including one marked
"Reports/EIRs", the one at the bottom is the Wal-Mart EIR.
There will be a Hearing on the EIR by the Planning Commission on February
9 at or after 4:00 p.m. in the City Council chambers, City Hall, 100 Santa
Rosa Ave., Santa Rosa.
