Mystery When Opening Waccobb.net

I just came to Wacco and I was immediately brought to the CONTROL PANEL and it was asking if I wanted to DELETE ACCOUNT...that if I did, I could not reopen it...

I NEVER WENT TO THE DELETE ACCOUNT FILE AND wonder how that happened??? What to do if it was in fact deleted by someone else?
