Best Cell Phone in Kenwood area?

Any suggestions for the best cell provider in the Kenwood area? I currently have Verizon and it only works OK toward the southern end of town. It's not reliable enough at my house and in the surrounding blocks, so I have to forward it to the land line (not convenient).

I use it constantly for conference calls so need something really reliable. Any info greatly appreciated! :): Thoughts on ATT out in this valley?
