This KIM KOMANDO woman has a national radio show and a good web site. She is all about everything to do with computering. SHE Sends out tips of the day, cool sites of the day, and answers your questions on problems involving anything to do with the computer world. On her SITE OF THE DAY OR WEEK, WHATEVER IT IS, they are often very interesting, having nothing to do with computers, simply being educational in some way or just plain fun.

Hey Helen

I totally agree, and I'm pretty knowledgeable about computers. She also has a radio show, and last time I checked it was aired on KSRO (Santa Rosa, 1350AM) on either Saturday or Sunday afternoons. She knows her stuff and is really fun to boot.

Interesting that you made this post, I was thinking that maybe a Technology category for this website might be a nice addition )once Barry has some breathing time). Computers, digital cameras, cell phones, etc.

What do you think?

Cheers,
Don

Don, I think you have a good idea. I bet Barry will agree.

Don't you like this new web site? I sure do. It is going to be much better than the group was, even though it was great.

Don, I think you have a good idea. I bet Barry will agree. I'm afraid not, at least for now. I am trying to limit the number of categories so that it is not overwhelming to users and it still preserves a level of serendipity (coming across things you weren't looking for).

Anything that doesn't clearly fit in another category should be posted to the general community category.
