I found my answer when I looked into the history of Planned Parenthood's founder, Margaret Sanger and her eugenic views. From the photos on the site, none has changed. Probably from the zip codes of where PP has clinics as well.

Those that "needed" PP were "educated" to PP needs, which is there need to stop folks from breeding, and when it comes to folks of color, PP need was even greater, so the "education" continues. Really helps FAMILIES, just like Prop 4. Let us have the government come into the family and over ride family matters.....punny, eh? Family MATTERS.....
Oh, yeah, that first site had two fine looking women of non-distinguishing ethnicity; could be this or that, which is VERY important to "the agenda". The second cite had two more fine looking women, an old broad and a probable skank (Ms. Sanger wanted the Irish as well as Eastern Europeans bred out of existence also.), and before you label me an MCP, be assured that I already know that.

This clear minded reported didn't mention Adolph being Time's Man O' The Year, did he?
