View Full Version : Roid a Cops - Police shootings, Brutality & Steroid Abuse

Toxic Reverend
07-09-2008, 05:04 AM
Not to worry, this posting is now aimed at busting the
stigmas and stereotypes of cops and crooks alike.

The section on steroid abuse and police brutality is
in the middle of this posting, after this rant about
the causative factors that enable this to be. With
some "stigma busting material" for police and
advocates alike.

If it was not complicated, the problem would not exist as it does.

This is just a rough draft (https://www.ehow.com/how_2855_write-rough-draft.html), of what I am working on.
Feel free to send me some feedback and your opinion.

Craig Futterman, a Clinical Professor of Law at the University of
Chicago Law School, Melissa Mather, a Clinical Lecturer, and Melanie
Miles, a recent law graduate, have released a major study of the
Chicago Police Department’s supervisory and disciplinary practices.
This study presents a comprehensive analysis, based on the most current
statistics, of the CPD’s “Broken System” for investigating complaints
of civilian abuse. The report documents that less than 5% of
policeman are responsible for well over half of the complaints
of police brutality.

This equates to the vast majority of policeman being heroes that
risk their lives to try and do some good in our world. Call it
"stigma busting" against the "stereotyped bad cops" in some
cultures. Like the one that Rodney King came from. Though
the true reality of it is far more complicated. I'll touch on
that again, a bit later.

The entire title of the report is,
"The Use of Statistical Evidence to Address Police
Supervisory and Disciplinary Practices: The Chicago
Police Department’s *Broken System*"
By Craig B. Futterman, H. Melissa Mather, and
Melanie Miles1
You can download the report in a PDF format file at
https://www.law.uchicago.edu/files/broke nsystem-111407.pdf (https://www.law.uchicago.edu/files/broke%20nsystem-111407.pdf)

The vast majority of policeman are heroes that risk their
lives to serve and protect.

In a report by Columbia Law School (https://www.law.columbia.edu/faculty/full_time_fac?&main.find=L,&top.robots=all) Professor's James S. Liebman
and Jeffrey Fagan that is also titled, "A Broken System (https://www2.law.columbia.edu/instructionalservices/liebman/)", documentation
of Deathrow Inmates that have been proven innocent is given.

While I mean no "disrespect", the police appear
to be exhibiting the morality of "corporate america (https://blog.seattlepi.nwsource.com/secretingredients/)"
and have been allowing the 5% to give the entire group
a "bad rep", in some segments of society. Some of which
does appear to be deserved, considering "Silence Equals
Consent", from the 95%. The "Rodney King Riots" can be
considered one example of such a "stigma" and "stereotyping"
of law enforcement in certain population segments.

Now back to the unaccountability of law enforcement,
before I get into the steroid abuses and police brutality.

The "Blue Wall of Silence" is not the only influence on this
"situation". Though it is a factor.

One of the problem appears to be the
"unaccountable police by contract". Regardless of
people being shot (https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=police+shooting+accountability+IDRISS+STELLEY+FOUNDATION&btnG=Search), tasered (https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=Amnesty+International+Questions+Taser+Safety+As+Death+Toll+Hits+334&btnG=Google+Search&aq=f&oq=), beaten or pepper sprayed (https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=pepper+spray+earth+first+Humboldt+County+CA&btnG=Search).

The "culture and mentality of unaccountability":>

For example, over 90% of the "reported" police abuse
in Chicago has gone unpunished. With less than 5% of
the policeman in Chicago being responsible for over one
half of the reported cases of police abuse. It seems that
many cities and police departments have signed contracts
that hinder adequate disciplinary actions.
Example of documentation:

A reference worth repeating:

"The Use of Statistical Evidence to Address Police

Additional reference material:

Accountability in the United States ( 1998)

.............................................

Excuse me for repeating myself, but this needs some clarification.
One of the problems appears to be the
"unaccountable police by contract". Regardless of
people being shot (https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=police+shooting+accountability+IDRISS+STELLEY+FOUNDATION&btnG=Search), tasered (https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=Amnesty+International+Questions+Taser+Safety+As+Death+Toll+Hits+334&btnG=Google+Search&aq=f&oq=), beaten or pepper sprayed (https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=pepper+spray+earth+first+Humboldt+County+CA&btnG=Search).

There might be an exception, with the use of tasers (https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=Amnesty+International+Questions+Taser+Safety+As+Death+Toll+Hits+334&btnG=Google+Search&aq=f&oq=), since
over 400 people have died.

In reference;
Despite deaths, officials call Tasers effective tool - Chicago Tribune (https://archives.chicagotribune.com/2007/sep/24/news/chi-taser_24sep24)

The reports that claim tasers to be "safe and effective" document
only 2 deaths from tasers.
While Amnesty International has documented well over 300 deaths (https://www.amnestyusa.org/document.php?id=engamr510302006)
and is probably over 400 by this writing.

To add a little more complications to the matter of "taser safety",
an Ohio judge ordered all reference to death from electrical shock
and or tasers from a death certificate and coroners report (https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ei=pLjISaGNFYGStQPNudGHAQ&sa=X&oi=spell&resnum=1&ct=result&cd=1&q=judge+orders+taser+electrical+shock+removed+death+certificate+coroners+report&spell=1).

But banning tasers seems to make about as much sense as taking
the guns away from police. Some communities that have studied
this in depth had banned tasers, only to bring them back a couple
of years later. With changes in the rules of when and how police
are "allowed" to use them. Nashville is one such community.

Demetria Kalodimos of Nashville (WSMV) News
did a story about Nashville banning tasers for a
couple of years and using a knock out medication,
in place of tasers.I-Team report With Video of the knock med in use:
Police Use Controversial Method To Subdue People (https://www.wsmv.com/news/16844880/detail.html#)

After banning the use of tasers, Nashville brought them
back with more restrictions on the use of them and
more training for police.

Getting zapped with a taser is not as lethal as being shot with
a bullet and I do believe Nashville made the right choice.
Only I would add tasers with a camera, to the mix.
A Google search terms that reveal the taser camera is:
Steve Tuttle of Taser International taser camera (https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=Steve+Tuttle+of+Taser+International+taser+camera&btnG=Google+Search&aq=f&oq=)

From another perspective;

I have not found any reports of tasers that were associated
with sudden deaths being tested to see if they were functioning
properly. Though there might be a few. I suspect that the tasers
are not actually at fault. But rather the fact that they have not
been well tested in certain population categories. Such as the
mentally ill that take certain medications.

A medical report that was published
shows that people that have taken or are taking
psyche medications are four times as likely to die
from the same type of condition that the taser
causes with the heart (10 (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11735845)).

Other communities have modified the protocols
by which tasers are used. With the "culture and
mentality of unaccountability", I very highly suggest
demands for the tasers with camera's attached.
A Google search terms that reveal the taser camera is:
Steve Tuttle of Taser International taser camera (https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=Steve+Tuttle+of+Taser+International+taser+camera&btnG=Google+Search&aq=f&oq=)

Stigma Busting for the Toxic Victims of Mental Illness:

A peer reviewed medical journal on the effects
of the environment on human health has declared
that the majority of mental illnesses are caused by
exposures to toxic chemicals (8 (https://www.ehponline.org/docs/2007/115-8/toc.html)).

In fact, many of the advocates for police
accountability are well aware that the mentally ill
have been stigmatized in society. And especially
among law enforcement officials that are often
called when a "Toxic Victim" is "acting out" and
exhibiting symptoms of "mental illness (8 (https://www.ehponline.org/docs/2007/115-8/toc.html), 9 (https://web.archive.org/web/20050319012515/www.angelfire.com/hi/soberskidrow/prisonmhT.html)). Since
a newspaper article stated, "Prison is not a
prescription for mental illness" (9 (https://web.archive.org/web/20050319012515/www.angelfire.com/hi/soberskidrow/prisonmhT.html)), maybe testing
the mentally ill and or violent criminals for toxic
chemical exposures would create a more effective
way to manage the problems ?

While reforms are needed (5 (https://thepumphandle.wordpress.com/2009/03/17/alison-bass-speaking-tomorrow-at-gw/)), there are a few
mental health advocacy groups that have been
addressing some of the actual problems in the
mental health care systems (5a (https://www.drugawareness.org/), 5b (https://www.mindfreedom.org/), 5c (https://www.treatmentadvocacycenter.org/), 5d (https://www.cchr.org/)).
But advocating for toxic chemical exposure testing
does not seem to be one of the priorities. A partial
explanation for this is what I term "The Toxic Lotto (https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=toxic+lotto+toxic+reverend&btnG=Google+Search&aq=f&oq=)" of
various toxic chemicals interacting to increase their
total toxic impact. It gets very complicated.
I am not holding my breath for real changes that
address issues such as the "Crimes and Confidentiality (https://thepumphandle.wordpress.com/2009/01/22/crimes-and-confidentiality/)"
of the pharmaceutical industry. Criminal charges need to be
used against such abuses that are outlined at the Pumphandles
web blog "Crimes and Confidentiality (https://thepumphandle.wordpress.com/2009/01/22/crimes-and-confidentiality/)".

The Pumphandle" is a place for people interested in public
health and the environment to discuss the issues that interest
us, particularly when they’re not getting the treatment we think
they deserve in the mainstream media. And I highly recommend
the free weekly news update. https://thepumphandle.wordpress.com/

The Biomonitoring Program in Californiahas been underway.
The "Public Input Meetings" with the nine member scientific
advisory panel that will decide who gets tested for what and
how they will get tested are posted at
the California Environmental Contaminant Biomonitoring Program
https://www.oehha.ca.gov/multimedia/biomon/index.html

While I have advocated for toxic chemical testing in
the mentally ill and violent offenders, mine has been
a rather lone voice. While many others advocate for
such testing in numerous chronic illnesses and cancers.

A Congressional Report exposed
only 6% of the known 1,400 cancer
causing chemicals are tracked with regard
to cancer. The newspaper story about this was titled,

"U.S. Lags in Toxicity Data (https://web.archive.org/web/20050426200055/https://www.angelfire.com/nm/redcollarcrime/lack.html)",
By SUNNY KAPLAN, Times Staff Writer
Wednesday, May 3, 2000, Los Angeles Times
Google search terms;
"U.S. Lags in Toxicity Data 6% (https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=U.S.+Lags+in+Toxicity+Data+6%25&btnG=Search)" reveals more
up to date information that appears censored in
the major news medias.

If you have cancer, your doctor will probably
prescribe chemo therapy with out any toxic
chemical testing. If you have a "mental illness"
and or "depression", you doctor while probably
prescribe a medication with out testing for any
toxic chemical exposures.

Law enforcement and their family members die of
cancer, too. Maybe we should all try to get on the
same side and stop this "us and them" mentality.

The fact is that we are all i n this together.

While I mean no "disrespect", the police appear
to be exhibiting the morality of "corporate america (https://blog.seattlepi.nwsource.com/secretingredients/)"
and have been allowing the 5% to give the entire group

some people believe "Silence Equals Consent". Including
the courts.

The "Rodney King Riots" can be considered one example
of such a "stigma" and "stereotyping" of law enforcement
in certain population segments.

But then all of this pales in comparison to the "Trade Secrets (https://www.pbs.org/tradesecrets/)"
of "corporate america (https://blog.seattlepi.nwsource.com/secretingredients/)" with countless deaths that usually go
without so much as a criminal investigation. Let alone criminal
charges for reckless homicide of their "Red Collar Crimes (https://www.corporatecrimereporter.com/redcollarcrime080306.htm)", while
they play "American Roulette (https://toxicreverend.blogspot.com/2008/03/easter-sermon-08-achilleas-heel-of.html)" with our lives (cops and crooks alike).

This is what I call "American Roulette (https://toxicreverend.blogspot.com/2008/03/easter-sermon-08-achilleas-heel-of.html)", with "Red Collar Crimes (https://www.corporatecrimereporter.com/redcollarcrime080306.htm)".
Unlike the Russians with a revolver,
we use products and services.

In "American Roulette (https://toxicreverend.blogspot.com/2008/03/easter-sermon-08-achilleas-heel-of.html)", paranoia is a survival skill, because
there is little if any criminal accountability for the corporate
official that whacks you with his corporations products or services.

If your family is "resourceful", they might be able to sue for a few dollars for
your "wrongful death" but even the amount of the liability suits were
"capped". Leaving lawyers with little incentive to "herd the stampede" .

One example of a Red Collar Crime is Firestone tires. How much more
need I say, besides "when are the police going to do some thing about that ?"

Another one of the best advocate organizations is

the Environmental Working group and
their news letters www.ewg.org (https://www.ewg.org/)
They also put out "Action Alerts" regarding legislation.
The EWG has exposed such "situations" as Baby Green
Organic Lettuce having the highest concentration of a
toxic chemical called perchlorate (a rocket fuel additive).

For an example, try the Google search terms;
"rocket fuel baby green organic lettuce EWG (https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=rocket+fuel+baby+green+organic+lettuce+EWG&btnG=Google+Search&aq=f&oq=)"

The fact is that adding toxic chemicals to fertilizers
(including "organic) was "legalized" and the
situation is exposed in a book that was released in
September of 2001. The events of 911 had caused
the book to be lost among the news stories of 911.
The book is titled, "Fateful Harvest", by Duff Wilson.

A Mother Jones Magazine story and book review
is titled, "A Dirty Secret", by Stranahan, Susan Q.
published on September 1, 2001

It is strongly suspected that fertilizer was the source of the perchlorate in the baby green organic lettuce by some advocates. Such as myself. In reference: Google searches: "perchlorate in fertilizer (https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=perchlorate+in+fertilizer&btnG=Google+Search)"

regarding food, nutrition, supplements and the antics

John Hammell at

Example of the IAHF current concerns and work:

This sounds rather crazy, but is a very true issue.
So I am giving reference material from sources other
than that of the IAHF.

Current and important issue of government
legislation to make organic farms (and home gardens) illegal.

Google search term,s;
"House Resolution 875 criminalization organic (https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=House+Resolution+875+criminalization+organic&btnG=Search)"

A simple Google search on "House Resolution 875 (https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=House+Resolution+875&btnG=Google+Search&aq=f&oq=)"
reveals verifiable information on government
legislation that would place onerous restrictions on
farmers, especially organic farmers and small
farmers. The bill is backed by big Farm lobbyists for
Monsanto.

It is "claimed" and being presented to establish a
"Food Safety Administration" with in the Department
of Health and Human Services to protect the public
from food born illnesses.

Though it might seem like some strange "conspiracy theory" to some people. I assure you this CODEX" situation is very real and John Hammell know what he is talking about. If it was not so complicated. "they" would not be able to do what "they" have done and are trying to do. So I will simplify this and expose who "they" are, with verifiable reference material and an action link, all in one. That information is posted at one of my blogs;

POISON FOR PROFIT and Toxic Revelations (https://toxicreverend.blogspot.com/2008/10/poison-for-profit-and-toxic-revelations.html)

Excerpt from the blog:

The simple facts are that chemical companies
developed chemical and biological weapons
for our country. Back in World War One
and Two, they made things like nerve gas. At
some point, the watered down the nerve gas
and started calling them "pesticides".

This report (157) documents that the chemical
companies and the pharmaceutical companies
are really controlled by the same people.

Now this business plan, called "Poison for Profit" (157)
reveals a disturbing reality that is termed "the revolving door (https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=revolving+door+washington+DC+drugs+chemical+companies)"
from these companies and their executives into many of the high
ranking administration offices of our government, in Washington
DC. From the National Institute of Health to the Food and Drug
Administration and beyond.

"The revolving door (https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=revolving+door+washington+DC+drugs+chemical+companies)" is easily shown with an
Internet www.google.com (https://www.googer.com/) search term,
"revolving door washington DC drugs chemical companies".

"Roid a cops" and police brutality, on a bad judgment call
By the The Toxic Reverend

We as tax payers put out a lot of cash to train a policeman.
They join the force, wanting to do good, help people and try to
make a difference in a very screwed up world.

Some times, I have to wonder what changes ? How do some
of them become "bad apples" and give their entire profession a
bad name ?

For a few years, I have been doing research on the effects of
the "low dose cumulative effects of toxic chemicals" with violence
and abusive behavior.

Law enforcement is not excempt from such toxic chemical
exposures. But they do maintain a harder "front" than most
classes of society, with the "I am fine" presentation. Their
ego's are just that way, or they probably would not be in that
profession. Think about it. They risk their lives on a daily basis
to "uphold the law". They are heroes. And as such, they are
not to prone to saying, they have a problem, of any kind.

While I was researching this issue, I became acquainted
with Mesha. . Her son had been shot 48 times by 9 San Francisco
policeman. She started The IDRISS STELLEY FOUNDATION
with the money from the wrongful death suit of her sons murder.
https://mysite.verizon.net/vzeo9ewi/idrissstelleyfoundation/

Mesha was very kind and patient the times that I have called.
But the other day, she got me. She admitted that yes, the toxic
chemicals could also impact a policeman's decision to use
deadly force. But then she asked what I thought might happen
when a "Toxic Victim" (as I call "mentally ill") that is acting out,
meets up with a policeman on steroids ?

Mesha agreed that everything that I was on about can apply
to such a situation as an unjustified police shooting. But she
also thought that steroid abuse by law enforcement is inducing
some "bad judgment calls", more than anything else. And that
these factors are being protected by the " Blue Wall of Silence".

So being an open minded hippy, after talking to Mesha, I did
a couple of Google searches on the subject.

The results astounded me.

I thought I would find masses of articles about the police busting
people for it. But nooooo, I find massive articles about police
forces around the country being busted.

So I tried posting "Roid-a-cops and police brutality" at
myspace. It would not post. So I sent it to a number of
friends at myspace. They could not get it to post. Though
Ken said a couple of days later that he was able to post it.
Seems there is a tracking program at myspace for censorship.
This report has finally posted at Myspace bulletin's and my blog.
After some serious complaining is rather public ways, across the
Internet.
But you need to be signed into a MySpace account, in many
instances, to follow the links.

Anyway, I became rather frustrated and called Mesha. What
I had decided to do was spread a "true rumor" that did seem
to get "their attention". And not just Mysapce's.

I called the Sonoma County sheriff and a captain answered
the phone. He said that the sheriff was unavailable. So I told
the captain that I had done a Google search that shows police
departments around the country were being busted by the feds
for steroid abuse.

I told him the search terms and I could sense the panic
in his voice. I told him that the searches reveal Boston police
being busted by a federal grand jury investigation. Dallas also
came up with the search and too many others to list.

Now I only went over the first ten results of the first search term
and twenty of the second. When I got to the one about president
Bush talking about steroid abuse in a State of the Union address,
I stopped. After all, Bush was talking about steroid abuse in
sports. Maybe he should have been a bit more specific and
included law enforcement. You know .... the people that enforce
the laws against such things as drug abuse.

Not that I want to snitch out the feds and risk screwing up any
investigation that they might have. I am not aware of Sonoma
County being investigated for steroid abuse. Maybe it isn't. Maybe
it is ? All I know is that I do not want to be charged with
"obstruction of justice", for bringing this to their attention.
After all, more often than not, "no good deed goes unpunished".

What I can point out is what other police departments that
have ignored the abuse of steroids like an ostrich, have found.

While they are so bent over with their heads in the sand,
the feds sneak up and give them an exam that nobody likes.
Regardless of sexual orientation.

Maybe if all of the San Francisco MUNI bus drivers that have
to pee in a bottle for random drug screening became aware of this.
They might be able to break the censorship and warn others of
the impeding steroid exams .... or a, the investigations that have
busted so many police departments around the country ?

Where is Congressional investigation of steroid abuse among law enforcement? (https://gritsforbreakfast.blogspot.com/2008/02/where-is-congressional-investigation-of.html)
"Grits For Breakfast" blog, by Scott Henson, a former journalist turned opposition researcher/political consultant, public policy researcher and blogger. Excellent research and reference links.

Excerpt from the above blog;

Dr. John Hoberman of UT-Austin (https://www.mesomorphosis.com/articles/hoberman/bio.htm) in 2005 wrote an informative article on the subject ("Dopers in Uniform (https://www.mesomorphosis.com/articles/hoberman/cops-on-steroids.htm)," May 22, 2005). The full, footnoted piece is well worth reading, but here's an excerpt that shows the connections between police and steroids has been recognized for quite some time:

One of the remarkable anomalies of the anti-steroid campaign of the past two decades is that it has virtually ignored the many reports of steroid use by police officers in the United States and in other countries. Unknown but clearly significant numbers of policemen have imported, smuggled, sold, and used anabolic steroids over this time period. According to an article that appeared in the FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin in 1991: "Anabolic steroid abuse by police officers is a serious problem that merits greater awareness by departments across the country." In 2003 another expert offered a similar assessment. Little research has been done on the use of steroids by police, said Larry Gaines, former executive director of the Kentucky Chiefs of Police Association. "But I think it's a larger problem than people think.".

A segment of the CBS-TV program "60 Minutes" had already made that point on November 5, 1989. "Beefing Up the Force" presented interviews with three officers whose use of steroids had apparently caused the hyper-aggressiveness that had gotten them into serious trouble. The worst case involved what one psychiatrist called "a real Jekyll and Hyde change" in the personality of a prison security guard in Oregon who had kidnapped and shot a woman who made a casual remark he didn't like. He got 20 years in prison, and she was paralyzed for life. The personality he presented during his prison interview made it seem utterly improbable that he would have been capable of such an act. But his testosterone level when he committed the crime was 50 times the normal level. This broadcast conveyed the message that steroid problems were lurking in many police departments across the country, and that police officials were turning a blind eye to a significant threat to public safety.

It was no accident that the "60 Minutes" segment paid special attention to a "hard core group" of steroid users on the Miami police force. Two years earlier the Miami Herald had run a long article on steroid-using police officers. The seven notorious Miami "River Cops", who in 1987 were on trial for alleged crimes including cocaine trafficking and conspiracy to commit murder, included Armando "Scarface" Garcia, a weightlifter who had publicly admitted to taking steroids. "There's a great potential for an officer abusing steroids to physically mistreat people," said the police chief of nearby Hollywood, Florida, who had told his investigators to be on the lookout for officers who looked like "small mountains." The Miami Herald article may have been the first of the tiny number of analytical treatments of this subject that have appeared in American newspapers since the 1980s. So the next time you hear someone say that steroid abuse isn't a problem among cops or that there isn't a documented need to investigate the issue compared to professional athletes, you might share Dr. Hoberman's piece (https://www.mesomorphosis.com/articles/hoberman/cops-on-steroids.htm) with them. (I can't find the referenced 1991 FBI Bulletin online, but I'll see if I can lay my hands on it.)

</[email protected]>Well...

I am not sure how to relay it back to my son Idriss' murder by PD,
you'll be the judge of what is relevant or appropriate to forward.

I know that my son got much sicker with his already severe asthma
since I purchased a house for him in SF Bayview Hunters Point in 1997,
a mile from the shipyard, and a block from Candlestick park.

Besides filtering his apartment air, drinking and cooking water, he
would routinely pass out in the shower....until he intalled a filter on
his shower head.

Idriss was in therapy since the age of 7 for chronic
depression, and had never developped other signs
of mental illness, but in the last 4 years of his life in Bayview, I helplessly saw
him rapidly develop signs of hypomania, alternating periods of intense
activity, sleep deprivation and very low tolerance to frustration, with
periods of deep depression, withdrawal and isolation.
Idriss never took drugs.

He tried to transcend his symptoms through

organic nutrition,

amino acids,

listening to music (eclectic taste, not only Tupac but Eric Sati,
Narcisso Yepes, Bartok and the great classics!), reading the Coran and
MalcomX,
praying,

tutoring in Spanish, French and advanced Maths (City College, Wallenberg
High School and Day Labor Program),

Art work (graphs, welding, airbrush)

Poetry writing

and lastly long debriefing sessions with Mom when time allowed for both of us,

Although my son did not develop violent tendencies, it is
undebatable that our kids in Bayview's concentration span, tolerance to
frustration, and overall emotional health, beside lethal asthma,
lymphoma, arsenic poisoning, is deeply affected by the mortal chimicals
that they are exposed to on a daily basis.
I would recommend that you get in touch with Dr. Ahimsa Sumchai
Porter, current Mayor Candidate in SF, if you want stats, and facts,
she is the authority and has documented environmental toxicity in
Bayview for decades.

She is horribly busy right now... have patience !

I can send you her email address.

You might want to rent at a library or purchase
the movie "Straight outta Hunters Point" by Kevin Epps.

Now Cops and toxic exposure ? If they work routinely in highly
toxic neighborhoods, I am certain that they are not exempt from the
lethal affects of the chemicals they breathe, eat and drink on a daily
basis right ?
Flights of rage ?

Impaired judgment in crisis situations ?

Lowered inhibitions level?

Low concentration span that leads to lethal decisions/ shoot to kill?

That makes total sense....

I am more concerned by the chimicals that they deliberately chose
to shoot up to increase muscle mass and reduce their level of fear as
"Beat Cops", leading to so many casualties, for the cops themselves
(heart attacks, suicides, domestic violence )andfor their victims...
