Update on the robbery at Milk & Honey

Many of you know that we were robbed earlier this year. <o:p></o:p>

<o:p></o:p>

As a community service Milk & Honey was selling tickets for the Earth Dance Festival. Due to this service we had an unusually high amount of cash on hand and thousands of dollars was stolen, 2/3’s of which is owed directly to Earth Dance. Due to the fact that it was cash and not merchandise, insurance will not cover the loss. <o:p></o:p>

After many supportive customers suggesting we create a donations jar, we have done so. <o:p></o:p>

<o:p></o:p>

With our smallest donation being 3 pennies and our largest donation being $110 we are happy to report that we have recovered 65% of what we lost!! <o:p></o:p>

Our goal is to recover the remaining 35% by the end of the year so that both Earth Dance and Milk & Honey can put this tragedy behind us and begin the new year on even ground! <o:p></o:p>

When 61 more people donate $20 each we will have reached our goal! Please donate any amount you can – every penny counts and it is all adding up! <o:p></o:p>


We are located at 123 N. Main Street in downtown Sebastopol. We are open everyday 10am- 8pm thru Christmas Eve and everyday after from 10am- 6pm.

You through Milk and Honey give so much to this community and since the cash you're requesting is from a community service (selling tickets for Earth Dance), I pray the whole Wacco neighborhood and Goddess community donate to recover these funds. Such a worthy cause on both ends: A wonderful weekend for Gaia and the store who most represents her and our love for beauty and peace. We can all make amends for this anonymous thief, perhaps use this opportunity to symbolically make amends for other areas of our lives.
