I have an option to buy a '72 Ford Econoline camper for $3,000 - I'm told by a friend that the engine access is difficult and the parts may be hard to get.

Any mechanics out there who would enjoy helping maintain such a vehicle?

Or any other suggestions? I have photo gear; tent camping did not work well in the dust of the playa.

Thank you,

Matt
