Hi All,
I'm considering fermenting my own tempeh (would want to use organic starter and organic soy beans). I am wondering if anyone in Wacco World has experience and would you be willing to share your thoughts with me?

I haven't actually done it, but it's on my list of fun food things to try. I've read about how in the Book of Tofu and it's in Wild Fermentation too. I'd love to hear about your successes and failures.
