New category suggestion: Voice of Experience?

I was going to post a report of my experience with getting a smog test - and a partial survey of prices for local Test-only stations. I didn't see what appears to be an appropriate category (is there maybe a category that doesn't show up for me?). I'd like to see one that encourages objective reports of one's experience and learnings.

I do ask people to disclose if they have any economic or social interest ("my friend's business") in what the are reviewing.

I think that's a great idea, a list of testimonials about local services. dentists, dog groomers, whatever someone thinks did a really good job. It could also include the bad experiences that folks have had with some businesses, and what was wrong about the experience. It would be extra helpful for people who just recently moved to this area & don't have anyone to recommend a good hair stylist, mechanic, etc.
