Did a quick search just for the fish, and see that VO has taken the time to badmouth Dr. Paul 58 times in the last few months. In none of these instances has he ever offered a rational justification for his name calling and ridicule.
Fascinating! Don't think I've ever seen such a kneejerk fear of freedom, liberty and individual responsibility. Or maybe all his stock is in weapons and oil?

Since 'handy' is on my ignore list, I can't read any of the extremely stupid things he usually has to say. Handy is essentially an apologist for a fascist, which is what Ron Paul is.

Handy,
You are exactly right. Edward has some legitimate differences with Ron Paul, but he has yet to write about them in a rational or civilized manner.

“The war on drugs has wasted $300 billion and has undermined our civil liberties!” he (Dr. Paul) said.
“Whether you believe in abortion or not, in guns or not, that’s not the point, It’s about the way the country is going: to hell in a handbasket.” - a supporter.
One could think you don't support the above article statements!?!?
Well, VO, congrats. You and the writer seem to have captured it in a nutshell! The writer describes, and you subscribe, to the hook, line, and sinker of the propaganda given.
Fear and loathing of Repubs is simply not my motivation.
I mean 15% of Oregon voted for him. Obviously all are stupid, crazy, fools, unlike you who is voting with the herd.
As are the 77% of males in his camp. As are the 35% of his supporters under 30. It is clear that young folks having fun at a campaign is wrong, evil, bad. Remember the 1968 Chicago Democratic Convention? I was busy at the time, far away, but you seem old enough. Seems young people were having fun there as well, no?
But seriously, Ed, thanks for the article. It gives me hope knowing that so many young Americans are rallying around this old fart and his ideas that I can leave this erstwhile world with hope. Those kids are giving this other old fart the notion that this great idea of an experiment can be put back into some form of practice, rather than try the same ol', same ol' that Barrack, Billery, and John MickyCee want to foist upon US, again, and again. We're growing, so be afraid of giving it up sometime. All while having fun!

Ah, the ignore-ance and name-calling continue. But I guess I'm in good company. You really do need a dictionary.

I disagree, he did come up with an understanding of his fascination with Ron Paul.
Is there such a thing as demonic possession or is it pure balderdash?

Should we chant "freedom, liberty, personal responsibility"? Or some such to release the succubus from V.O.? Or is it incubus? Or maybe V.O. is closeted and does not know he really is one? I used to hear that a lot in my younger days. So, Ed, what is it? Why are you possessed by the demon of Dr. Paul?
