Last Saturday afternoon about 4:30 I noticed my right rear tire was very low. I was going to just put air in it and I thought I better be safe and I took my car to Big O in Sebastopol and asked them to check the tire. Not only did the check the tire, they fixed the tire (it had a spike in it) and cleaned my windows in about 15 minutes and when I went to pay they said there was no charge.
Big O's kindness made my weekend!

Yes!!! I love Big O! When I was driving I went to the one in Healdsburg and they did the same for me!! It is so nice to have such attentive, cute and charming men working on my car tire, there were 3 of them all at once. (my timing is impeccable)
I have had the same great experience at the Seb Big O too. I just think they are all that and a bag of chips!:wink:

I have to put in a good word for Big O tires, too! In particular the shop in Sebastopol is as nice and professional as you could ask for. They are locally owned and the owner/manger, Robert, is passionate about his tires and customer service! They even have free wi-fi while you wait, or will shuttle you back to your home or office. :thumbsup:

OK, one more: I've been going to Big O in Healdsburg for 15 years. Always great service.

PS. Now if I could get Mark, the owner, to buy a computer he could join us here on Waccobb, but he's resisting mightily. Probably have to wait until he retires.
