Hello, All

There are some great classes offered at the Senior Center that will keep you limber and fit. Deborah Shemesh, Yoga Expert, teaches "Chair Yoga" on Thursdays at 11:15. I take this class and it's great for stretching. She will also teach a Resistance Training class on May 9/16/23, Friday. Resistance Training will re-energize and re-vitalize your body. The Senior Center offers classes for only $6.00.

I'll keep posting updates about class opportunities that focus on fitness, both mind and body. Hope you will come over to the Senior Center and join the "movement."

Dear Kathleen,

just looking over the net and saw you recommendation for the class at the senior center. I just got back from ART JAM, a wonderful day of crafts and artist raising money for the SEF, Sebatopol Unified... anyhow..

I hope you have seen the photos of the Aged to Perfection event. I have some really nice couple shots and shots of the wonderuful people who came.
