My gratitude button wasn't working

I haven't found much time to visit Wacco lately, but when I have, I've occasionally hit the gratitude button when I read something really cool. So imagine my surprise when I read on my Wacco profile that I'd received gratitude 7 times but never expressed it! Makes me seem a bit stingy, LOL! Apparently the gratitude button doesn't work when Safari is the browser being used, because now that I'm using Firefox, the gratitude button works fine. So you Safari users, be aware.

More gratitude upgrades coming soon, including seeing your posts (or other people's posts) that received gratitude and getting an email notification when you receive gratitude.

Mine seems to be working. Safari 3.0.4, OSX 10.5.1, iBook G4.

I know, I need to download the updates. If only I had free Wi-Fi!!!!

I tried a couple more times with both Safari and Firefox, just to make sure. At the Wacco website, when I hit the Gratitude button in Safari, it doesn't register, nor does it add to the total in my profile. When I do it in Firefox, it registers, and adds to the total in my profile. Since I've switched to Firefox as my default browser as you suggested, Barry, the gratitude button works when I hit it in the Digest, too.

In case it matters, my Firefox is version 2.0.0.14, and my Safari is version 1.1.1 (v100.1).

If you have OS X 10.4.9 or later try the newest Safari ( 3.1.1) and please let me know.
