Do you have a house you were going to rent a month or so ago?

I am Sue, we emailed a bunch of times and then you dissapeared...Are you still looking to rent your place, cause we are still looking for a house. We recieved a final foreclosure notice and need to be out by June 1.

If you are 'that' Susan, or if you have a house to rent, please respond to this email.

Hi I saw this post to susan... and I wanted to ask because I am not that knowledgeable on foreclosure n stuff.... What would happen to you if you squatted? If you didn't move out? What if you moved out and then moved back in to squat? What would happen? Just wondering if you knew....:hmmm:

generally, if you inhabit a space where the owner does not approve of your being there, you will receive a notice with 15 days to move out, then if not out in fifteen days the police will put a tape around your building or property that makes it a crime scene , and you may not be on the property without police permission(usually a nice fireman) who will stay there and be sure you are moving your stuff out, you have a few days to clear it all out then it all becomes property of the owner, and you are a trespasser or thief if you enter the property after that and can be prosecuted as such.
