Stillness and Peace

You know most people seem to have a difficult time being still. We're so conditioned to think that if we're not moving that we're not accomplishing anything...

And there are some people that has a quality of stillness even while speaking and doing, if you listen closely you can hear where it comes through - at the end of a sentence, during a pause, or even consistent throughout. The key is not in how you do something, as you said it is simply being still.
