I have a suspect moth in my bathroom and no desire to kill it. He has a brown stripe on his back and isn't talking. I ask, "are you an Australian brown apple moth??" No answer. If I stretch him out on a cotton ball and pour water on his antenna, surely he will talk. Damn. I just can't do it. Too medieval. If anyone has a photo of the suspect moth please forward it. I am too much of a hurry to capture him, put him in a Mason jar and poke holes in the lid... soooo I am closing the bathroom door. Little moth, here in america you are innocent until proven guilty.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for your humor and for the bite your humor has. Your reward is a picture of the suspect. www.sccgov.org/.../<wbr>images/LBAMmaleCDFAfix.jpg I bet yours is an innocent American moth, but you might want to lock it away without access to a laywer of a few years just in case.

Couldn't get that link to work but here is an article on the state of affairs with a good clear picture: https://www.sccgov.org/sccsearch/ui.jsp?ui_mode=answer&prior_transaction_id=23547&iq_action=5&answer_id=16777216&highlight_info=4196018,226,229&turl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Esccgov%2Eorg%2Fportal%2Fsite%2Fag%2Fagencyarticle%3Fpath%3D%252Fv7%252FAgriculture%252C%2520Division%2520of%2520%2528DIV%2529% 26contentId%3D9e53a76b8a762110VgnVCMP2200049dc4a92____#__highlight
