Since becoming a member of the Wacco Community, the Daily Digest has earned itself as being one of the worthier pieces of mail I receive in my inbox. I'd like to express my gratitude to those of you who's words of wisdom have been thought provoking and inspiring for me and to the founders and contributing members who have helped develop this special community that I feel blessed to be a part of.
Many thanks :worship:

After watching this brilliant and funny Neurobiologist explain what it was like to have a stroke (from the inside out), I felt compelled to share it.

She was amazing, and it was palpable how excited she became as she realized her opportunity to examine her mind from the inside even while massive clot formed. I found some comfort in the idea that the now can be experienced moment by moment. Kinda like whatever happens keep watch from the point of awareness, and all is good.....Did you feel that way? I find I am often operating in lala land, in the one. mindy
