The Canadian Supreme Court has ruled against Jeremy Hinzman and Brandon Hughey,
each of whom has fled to Canada to keep from being deployed to Iraq.
One judgment said they would not be at risk of their lives if they returned to the United States, nor would
they risk “cruel and unusual treatment or punishment.” Please let Immigration

that torture, sometimes to the point of death, is a frequent occurrence in US prisons.
