View Full Version : Bouncing Mail

Every time I post something, I get 2-3 or more "bounced mail" messages the next day. This is about people I obviously didn't send mail to, but who were subscribed by e-mail to the category I posted to.
This is annoying-- I can't just delete the messages unread, because I need to know if someone I did send important e-mail to didn't get it.
Can't the mail be routed in some way so the bounce message goes to the site administrator, rather than the individual poster? Or something...

Okay, Barry, I understand; the bounce message is not an emergency, it's just a petty annoyance. If it were temporary, we could forget about it. But you first noted it in December, now it's March. If Yahoo is not solving it, is there anything you can do to make it stop impacting us posters?
That's what I was asking.
TIA,
Hb

I find this very intriguing since I post often and get no bounce mail messages.
I am hearing yahoo and wondering are you on yahoo?
I am on Gmail. Maybe the difference.
If you drop me a note I'll see if I can't help you find a way for get rid of those messages at least to the trash folder.
