having run into another food-allergy or food sensitive person, I realized that I have a lot to be grateful for.
I can eat my cheese and dairy products
I can eat nuts, peanuts et al
I can eat wheat, gluten and all other goodies
I can handle sugar, honey and other sweeteners
I devour avocados (before I realize to save one for Barry)
I don't get fruit rashes or mango mouth

I am sure there more allergies that I don't even know of, but they don't bother me either.
the only thing I have to watch for is to not eat more than one helping, skip a meal or share a meal.
to live frugally in the land of bounty might be considered a sin.
but it is something to be grateful for
