Perhaps you misunderstood my query. I know how to find the packet from the Feb. 5 meeting. What I did not find when I clicked on the url was mention of the PlanStatus.pdf as stated in Kenyon's message. See below.

The Agenda includes:

13. Discussion and Action Whether to proceed, postpone or terminate the processing of the Northeast Area Plan (Councilmember Kelley)

14. Discussion and Action of Request to Hold a Special Study Session In Addition to the planned Public Hearings beginning March 11th, 2008 at the Planning Commission to discuss the Northeast Area Plan General Plan amendments and its impacts to the General Plan (Councilmember Kelley)

Item 13. was stated in the City Manager’s report at Feb. 5 meeting.

If Item 14. is approved, all of us will finally have the long awaited opportunity to learn how the Northeast Area Plan as proposed will effect the larger Sebastopol community.

Both these items are scheduled rather late in the agenda. It is hoped that the Mayor will “count the house” and, exercising his democratic prerogative, move it up to be heard earlier in the evening

It will be either at the Youth Annex or the Sebastopol Community Center, which are both at the end of Morris St., off Highway 12, in Sebastopol.
