Is is possible to write and format something in Word, then paste it into a posting window without losing or messing up the formatting?
If so, how? (pray tell)
Thanks!

My experience is that it generally works - though some tweaking is often needed. Are you on a Mac with Safari?

I write in nothing but word just because I am used to the program and prefer it. I have severe problems with it, but have just gotten used to pasting then right click on the paragraph then go to select all and use the little boxes on the top here to change it to the way you desire. Even then some problems will occur. I have noticed that if you use large font in word cause your eyes are bad, will mine are, that even when you resize the paragraph it will still be large and you might have to resize again till the BB program caughts up with you format. Or just let Barry do it and get a naughty email telling you to watch you font size! LMAO!!! If you only wish to format part of the structure click on the word or words you wish and hold down then move you curser til you are at the desired section then what ever is highlighted can be manipulated by the format buttons on top also…<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

My experience is that it generally works - though some tweaking is often needed. And sometime it doesn't :hmmm:. There's nothing I can do about that. What I can say is that if the formatting is all messed up, it may be simpler to start with unformatted text. You can remove all formatting in the WaccoBB.net editor by highlight the text in question and clicking the https://www.waccobb.net/forums/images/editor/removeformat.gif tool.
