I have had the pleasure of attending three Yoga classes of Suzanne Dyell's. They are inspiring, and they make me feel great.
Suzanne is a wonderful, compassionate, knowledgeable instructor. I highly recommend her classes.
Every Sat. and Wed. at 11:00 am in Sebastopol. Especially for 40 and over.
