Volkswagen Eurovan Diesel Conversion?

Hello Friends,
Does anybody know how to get a diesel engine installed into my 1995 Eurovan Camper? Google searches have turned up fruitless more or less. I live in Santa Rosa and I am seriously interested in doing this swap.
